Thirsty or Dehydrated?

 On Memorial Day I was sitting by the pool. I had been in the sun most of the day and was mentally preparing for a 7-mile run. I was tired though, more tired than I should be; and hot. I swam a few laps. I noticed my lips were dry and I didn’t drink the amount of water I usually do, but then again, I wasn’t too worried about it. I drink a lot of fluids as a matter of practice.
